Hi Kate, my Son Joseph is in Bluebells at Battle Hill and I don’t know if he has heard you singing this and the train song before but he definately recognised your voice and we have both enjoyed singing the songs and doing actions this morning.
Hiya! Thanks for taking the time to post a comment on your website. I’m delighted to hear that you’ve been enjoying the songs at home. That is the whole point of this website, so that is music to my ears.
I have noticed that your little boy is very responsive to music when I am in Bluebells room, he loves to dance doesn’t he?
Which songs were you singing? Does Joseph have a favourite?
Keep checking in, as I often post new songs, and will be adding more video over the coming weeks too.
Dear Kate’
It’s really a pleasure visiting your website being the “Regional Music Coordinator” of the The City International School in Pakistan i really find it informative and helpful especially the early years resources you have uploaded.
I am so pleased that this is a helpful resource for you. Did you get my email response about the web training? It is something I could certainly facilitate for you. If you are interested, email kate@cocoonmusic.co.uk to see if we can get something set up?
I use Incy Wincy in a session about weather. I do the trad verse as verse 1 and the snow verse as verse 2. I’m trying to write two more verses:
3. Incy Wincy spider was climbing on the hay
Out came the wind and blew the spider away
The wind died down, it was calm like before
So Incy Wincy Spider climbed the hay once more
4. Incy Wincy Spider climbing up a tree
Out came the fog and the spider couldn’t see
The sun rose high and the fog went away
So Incy Wincy spider carried on his way
Beautiful x
It really is isn’t it? Thanks for the comment Shirley 🙂
